ZapperMart allows cancellations under specific conditions to provide flexibility while ensuring a smooth experience for both customers and vendors. This Cancellation Policy explains when and how you can cancel an order.
Before Dispatch: You may cancel your order at no cost if it has not yet been dispatched by the vendor. Cancellation requests must be submitted within 2 hours of placing the order or before the vendor begins processing, whichever is earlier.
After Dispatch: Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is subject to the vendor’s policy. Some vendors may not allow cancellations after dispatch, especially for perishable goods or prepared food orders.
Non-Cancellable Orders: Custom orders, pre-orders, or items marked as non-cancellable by the vendor cannot be cancelled after placement.
Submit Request: To cancel an order, contact us via email at info@zappermart.com or call 7877422422 with your order number and reason for cancellation.
Vendor Confirmation: The vendor will confirm whether the order is eligible for cancellation. If approved, the cancellation will be processed.
Refund for Cancelled Orders: If payment was made, refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
No cancellation fees apply for orders cancelled before dispatch.
For cancellations after dispatch (if permitted by the vendor), a restocking or cancellation fee may apply, as determined by the vendor.
